The U.S. Air Force awarded DTSI contracts for the long-term software sustainment of the Training Scheduling System and the Hazardous Communication (HAZCOM) projects.

The 75th Air Base Wing required Information Technology solution services to meet present and future knowledge-management requirements including the support for software sustainment, maintenance, and development activities for the HQ Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in order to maintain and enhance their Training Scheduling System (TSS). DTSI will provide its robust skills and experience providing quality and cost effective technical support services and solutions.

The Air Force will be able to leverage DTSI solutions to provide linkage between all elements of the work force, work processes, information content, and decision-making, as well as, the requirement to manage, store, retrieve, manipulate, and process key data necessary for the efficient and effective execution of its operations. Using waterfall software methodologies, we will apply our CMMI Level 3 appraised Software Development Lifecycle and comply with IT Infrastructure Library processes and best practices which fully encompass the requirements of the military’s System Engineering Process.

HAZCOM is an automated web-enabled system that provides users with the most up-to-date regulations and guidance to comply with the Environmental Protection Agency, Occupational Safety & Health Administration, Federal, State, local, and union standards. DTSI will work with the Ogden Logistics Center and the 75th ABW to support the functional capabilities and deliver software sustainment, maintenance, enhancement of existing applications and development of safety and occupational health information delivery systems.
